Good Credit is a must. All applications must be accompanied by proof of income and a credit report for each adult from one of the big three agencies: Transunion, Equifax and Experian. Agencies like CreditKarma and Freecreditreport.com will not be accepted. The Bath

Instead of first, last and security, all a full month’s rent($4,350), This unit requires a certified bank check with first month’s rent, security deposit($725) and real estate commission is due at TAW signing. That comes to 2.5 month’s rent. ($3,625). A little easier to start than the average.
